President
Gary Hensley has over 35 years of non-destructive evaluation (NDE) experience beginning in the U.S. Air Force where he served over 20 years. He joined Veracity in 2007 after serving as the Director of the NDE Group for Siemens Power Generation. Under his leadership, the NDE Group he began grew from one person to 55 persons and was awarded over 10 patents with three patents pending. Prior to his tenure at Siemens, Hensley was employed by the GE Aircraft Engine M&FQT Team that provided the Department of Defense with state-of-the-art in-situ NDE inspections on a variety of weapons systems.
Hensley enjoyed a distinguished career in the Air Force, managing numerous NDI/NDE laboratories and aircraft maintenance facilities, developing new inspection techniques on the F-15 and C-5 aircraft, and serving as the Maintenance Supervisor for all VIP aircraft assigned to Andrews AFB, including Air Force One.
Hensley has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland and an Associate Science Degree in Metals Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.

Vice President Development & Program Management
Kevin McKinley comes to Veracity with over 22 years of non-destructive evaluation (NDE) experience beginning in the U.S. Air Force where he served over 20 years.
Previously, McKinley worked as a Field Service Engineer in the NDE Group at a leading power generation products and services provider. As part of his responsibilities, McKinley acted as the prime development engineer for the General Electric Gas Turbine NDE Development program. He authored or coauthored over a dozen field procedures and presented a paper at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) on inspection options for GE Frame 7 components.
Prior to joining industry, McKinley finished his career in the Air Force as the Course Superintendent at the Nondestructive Inspection School and Department of Defense Joint Oil Analysis School. McKinley was instrumental in taking over the training for all Air Force inspectors on the Pratt & Whitney 4th Stage Low Pressure Turbine Eddy Current Inspection Course. His expertise in managing resources and personnel brought the course on board 4 months ahead of schedule and saved the Air Force a projected one million dollars.
McKinley graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics and a Minor in Aviation Safety. He also has two Associate Degrees in Nondestructive Testing Technology and Instructor of Technical and Military Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force.

Senior Field Technician
Lance Baucum has over 23 years of non-destructive evaluation (NDE) experience. He joins Veracity after serving as a Field Service Engineer within the NDE Group at a major global supplier of power generation products and services. Prior to that, Lance served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force finishing his career there as the Course Superintendent at the Nondestructive Inspection School and Department of Defense Joint Oil Analysis School.
Baucum has two Associate Degrees in Nondestructive Testing Technology and Instructor of Technical and Military Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force.

Senior NDE Developmental Engineer
Manh Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He has been instrumental in advancing Veracity’s development in software applications, hardware design and assembly, fixture design, as well as robotics applications. Nguyen, a major contributor in the research and development of phased array technology fixtures, also plays a key role in the integration of NDE technology in aerospace platform inspections.
